Lesson terms
A short guide to how lessons work and how they're paid for. If anything is unclear, message me before we start.
Lessons
- Lessons are online in Zoom: one-to-one, in a pair or in a group of four. We also use the ProgressMe platform for materials and homework.
- I teach women only.
- A lesson is 60 minutes. 2-hour lessons are available, priced separately.
Payment
- Lessons are paid for in advance, before they start: monthly, or as a package.
- You can pay in roubles, dollars or euros. We'll agree a payment method that suits you in the consultation.

Packages
- A package is a set of lessons paid for in advance, at a discount.
- Packages are non-refundable, including any lessons not used.
Rescheduling and cancelling
- A one-to-one lesson can be moved at no charge with at least 12 hours' notice.
- With less notice, or if you don't come, the lesson counts as taken and is paid for.
Pairs and groups
- A pair or group lesson goes ahead at its set time even if one student can't make it, and everyone pays for it.
- Lessons are recorded. If you miss one, I'll send you the recording with all the materials and homework.
- Everyone in a group should be at about the same level, which we'll check in the consultation.
